Room for use
Treatment room two is currently available for use by someone such as a physiotherapist, therapist or masseur, for example, as I am keen to offer my customers extra services such as these, over and above the chiropody services I already provide, and all within the same practice rooms.
The facilities available to you include;
- Full use of this treatment room.
- Use of the waiting room for your patients.
- Use of the refreshment facilities for both you and your patients.
- Heating, lighting and electricity included.
- Phone (business use) included.
- Automatic referral of my patients to your services. The previous user of this room obtained the majority of her customers through this route, which might be of interest to newly qualified people starting out in their own business.
- Your own section on this web site, which you can design yourself or my webmaster would be willing to prepare this for you, following your guidance on content.
The all-in cost for the above facilities is £50 per week. However, I would also consider allowing use of the room on a daily basis, which would possibly allow for two people to share these facilities whilst also offering the practice extra, complimentary services. Price for this would depend on the number of days you would use the facilities each week, but would probably be in the area of £15-20 per day. I'm prepared to negotiate terms with anyone with a genuine interest in the room.
Please note that I would not be employing you, this offer is for the use of the practice facilities to someone working on a self-employed basis.
