This wonderful experience is specifically tailored for your skin type. Treatment includes deep cleansing, exfoliation, face mask and facial pressure point massage that can help to relieve tension, headaches and blocked sinuses.

The products I use during my facial (with the exception of the eye make-up remover and the facial exfoliation scrub) are from the Nurtured Blends range by Bodiquest and are natural skincare products blended from genuine and authentic plant extracts such as vegetable oils, essential oils, herbal extracts, herbs and floral waters. Nurtured Blends are made from the highest quality raw materials and are designed to be as natural and environmentally friendly as possible. Synthetic raw materials are only used where natural equivalent would be derived from animal sources or cannot be produced naturally. Mineral based raw materials are not used. The eye make-up remover and the facial exfoliation scrub are from the Forever Living Products range and are based on Aloe Vera.

I have intentionally sourced my products to be effective and yet as natural as possible with none of the potentially harmful ingredients commonly used by the personal care industry such as Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (SLS) and Sodium Laureth Sulphate (SLES) Mineral Oil (a derivative of crude oil petroleum) and certain Parabens.

For total relaxation, a foot massage is also included.
